Now he is working as Executive Chef in Niraamaya Retreats ,Backwater's & Beyond, Kumarakom, Kerala.He Started His Career As Sous Chef. And he has worked with many hotels in India, Las Vegas, Mauritius & Maldives such as Vivanta Dal View Lalit Golf & Spa Resort ,Aria Resort & Casino ,Las Vegas [/ Fenica Riverside Resort , The Residence ,Mauritius Avatara Resorts And Spa YMCA international He has set up restaurant's In India and Abroad and curated The menu And more.
Early life
SK Aman Islam Was born in Kolkata,West Bengal,India on 21 November 1998,The Son of SK Fakhrul Isalm ,When he was 11 year old he moved with his family to a small town known asBurdwan West Bengal.He had Hoped to become a football player and was chose to paly under-14 (Mohun Bagan Club)at the age of 13,but his early football carrier was marked by injuries after a serious Knee injury, he was forced to give it up. At the age of 16 he moved out of the family home into an apartment in Kolkata
Early Cooking Career
Chef Aman interest in cooking began in his teenage years rather than be know as "the football player with gammy knee" He decided to pay more serious attention to his culinary education at the age of 17.Chef Aman did his Hotel Management From JB Institute Of Hotel management ,Kolkata.After that he joined in continental Restaurant in Kolkata Named Corner Courtyard, Kolkata.His first Hotel is Vivanta Dal View ,Srinagar
Head Chef \Executive Chef
Upon His Return To India 2020 during the covid-19,Aman was offered the position of head chef in YMCA International .After that he joined Fenicia Riverside Restaurant in Goa.There After he joined as an Executive Chef in Avataara Resort in Goa. Now finally he Joined Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond, Kumarakom Kottayam
